Exterior came to us frustrated with an agency they’d worked with for 8+ years. While some pool renovation leads were coming in, communication was poor, education was lacking, and new-build construction leads weren’t being delivered.

We found the agency was not actively managing their campaign, and traffic was sent to a poorly executed landing page. After launching a new, high-converting landing page, we doubled lead volume. Lead costs are down 30–80%, and monthly leads have grown from 17–20 to 23 in the first month — on track for 30+ this month.

Brisbane City & Surrounds

Since July 2023, We’ve generated over $25M in lead value using our tailored digital marketing solutions for Brisbane Landscaping Co (BLC). These campaigns are consistently generating over $1M per month, averaging 12-15 leads for landscape design. As the campaigns evolved, BLC’s lead value is now closer to $1.5M per month, reflecting significant revenue increase. Over the past two years, these campaigns have consistently driven growth, positioning BLC as a key player in the landscaping industry. This long-term success underscores the value of strategic social media advertising in fuelling business growth.

Regional Victoria

We began working with Julius from JFK Garden Design, a garden design studio in regional Victoria, in June 2024 to update his website and increase traffic from Google. In 2023, JFK had only 198 organic visitors all year. We built a new website and began SEO on 30 June 2024. In the first half of 2024 (before us), JFK had 165 visitors. In the latter half (after we stepped in), we boosted that to 399—a 142% increase, nearly doubling 2023’s total! In 2024, we generated 563 organic visitors, leading to more leads and sales. The upward trend continues into early 2025, and we’re pushing even further until JFK reaches its goals.

Illawarra and South Coast NSW

Since June 2, 2025, we’ve been running Meta ads for Aquatec Pools Illawarra, navigating a challenging start due to winter seasonality and high interest rates. However, with strategic optimisations, we turned the campaign around, generating over 13 quality leads in the latter half of the month. Our landing page is converting at an impressive 9.27%, with a cost per lead of approximately $45. Of the 14 leads received so far, 12 have been highly qualified and local to the target area. This early success highlights the power of tailored digital marketing to drive valuable pool installation enquiries even in a tough market.

Sunshine Coast Hinterland

We began working with Leanne from Lake View Eco Retreat in November 2024 to upgrade her outdated website and drive direct bookings for her lakeside cabin in Maleny, Queensland. Her goal was to reduce reliance on Airbnb and allow guests to save 15% on booking fees by reserving directly. We launched her paid ads campaign on 17 October 2024, generating 11 leads in the first month at $28 per lead. The campaign delivered visitors for only 0.87¢, 3-5x less than the average cost per click. Every $1 spent on ads, we returned $16 in lead value, boosting bookings while helping Leanne reduce her client's reliance on external platforms for bookings.
